Hi Everyone! I just started with my fitness pal but I've been on the diet roller coaster for years. I don't have a very large support group so I am hoping to find a few good people with similar goals and interest to provide mutual encouragement.

Hi there! I'm 29, also a SAHM, married, and have about 80 lbs (possibly more, but starting with that) to lose. I also have been trying to lose weight on and off for years, but I feel like this is the time I'm going to succeed because I'm so focused and determined. Sounds like we have a lot in common, I'm sending you a friend request now...we can help keep each other motivated.0

Feel free to send me a friends request
I'm also a sahm to three kids and I'm on the other side now, having lost almost 60lbs and now in maintenance.

Hi there! Add me as a friend. I'm also a SAHM whose only exercise is "Walking, carrying infant or 15lb load." I could use a friend and some motivation too!0
