Hi all
So after recently discovering that I've been in starvation mode I'm trying to figure out what my activity level would be when calculating bmr. I work at a physically active job where I'm standing for 5 to 8 hours per shift 5 times a week with some lifting. I also use my elliptical for about 45 minutes a day. Can someone help me figure out how many calories I SHOULD eat? A fter netting in the negatives for so long this is such a huge change.

Moderately active from the job, then add your calorie burns from exercise and eat those calories back. Or use http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ with something like 5-6 hours a week of exercise and a 20% deficit.0
