Any Personal Trainers out there that can give advice?

Hey guys,

Right now I've got elbow tendonitis (tennis elbow) and can't lift. Besides cardio and legs, is there anything you'd recommend I do so as to minimize any loss of muscle and progress?

Any advice is appreciated.

    Keep a higher protein profile and try isometrics. Tendinitis flares up when the tendons are constantly in motion. Isometrics don't allow that.

    I had surgery last summer for tennis elbow. Recovery was a long process but am now pain free and didn't have to give up my job.

    Yes, sometimes people are just nice. It's not like they're asking for a whole training plan, just some quick advice.
