Hey guys,
Right now I've got elbow tendonitis (tennis elbow) and can't lift. Besides cardio and legs, is there anything you'd recommend I do so as to minimize any loss of muscle and progress?
Any advice is appreciated.

Keep a higher protein profile and try isometrics. Tendinitis flares up when the tendons are constantly in motion. Isometrics don't allow that.

I had surgery last summer for tennis elbow. Recovery was a long process but am now pain free and didn't have to give up my job.0

Yes, sometimes people are just nice. It's not like they're asking for a whole training plan, just some quick advice.0 -
