Very rarely. If something is prepared with cheese, then I eat it, but I don't usually add it to anything or eat it on it's own.0

There is no life without cheese.
Our family of 4, of which 3 eat cheese, goes through a good kg of Gouda a week. But we're Dutch.0 -
Yes. It is one of my most favorite foods0
-
Yes. It's a great quick and easy snack. Goes great in an omelette. Yum!!0

Only if it is real cheese. Never again Fat Free. {{{{Shudder}}}}0

at literally every available opportunity0

String cheese, cream cheese, sliced cheese. I usually have a serving or three of cheese every day. The fat helps keep me feeling full and satisfied, it helps my protein goals, and gives a little boost to my calcium.0

Loooove cheese. I eat it all the time during meals (shredded on salads, slices on burgers, etc) and I usually snack on an ounce of something fancy at night (Manchego or something) and almost always eat a string cheese for a snack in the morning. Protein and fat! Noms!0

I eat cheese every day. Why? Because it is delicious.
Cheese and chocolate are 2 of my favorite things and I refuse to live with out them.0 -
Heck yes. It's delicious, and I would be sad if I could never eat cheese again.0

In small doses I like cheese.
I always had this weird thought though that melted cheese is more unhealthy than cold cheese, so melted cheese makes me feel sick.
oh my gosh i had this thought too! even though it makes 0 sense!0 -
CHEESE!!! ... OH MAN!!! I love it!! Gotta have it... I usually will eat the fat free slices with breakfast; but during the day... I use the normal stuff.
LOVE CHEESE!!!0 -
Yes. Because a world without cheese is not a world worth living in.
This is my motto in life.0 -
today i was craving cheese badly. two cheese strings after workout done the job0

Nope, vegan. I don't seen any reason to omit it if you aren't veg or lactose intolerant, unless you're still on the no fat 80's/90's fad.0
-
I do not, but I've only strictly cut out dairy for about 2 weeks now, don't think I'll ever go back. However, if sometime in the future I do indulge in a small piece or two I won't fret too badly0

My body is 50% cheese at any given time.
The other 50% is red wine...
Oh yes, mine too!!0 -
I eat lots of cheese because:
1. It tastes good
2. It fits my macros0 -
OMG, yes! Cheese (real cheese - none of that fake nonsense - I'm talking a nice aged cheddar, a stinky bleu, a robust parmesean, a creamy mozzarella....om nom nom nom nom) is the most delicious thing in life. I would DIE without cheese. Don't eat it every day, but probably 4-5 days a week. :flowerforyou:0

I generally agree, but: the other day at Costco I bought the small two-pack of President Feta Crumbles because it was cheaper than the single large container despite being the same total weight. When I got home I realized the reason for difference was that it was fat-free. Turns out it is half the calories of the regular feta, and since it is more of an addition to other things (omelettes, salads, etc), I'm not bothered by any possible difference in taste or texture. And I get to use more of it!0 -
YES I could never cut cheese out. it's far too delicious!0
-
Yes. Because a world without cheese is not a world worth living in.
^^ THIS!! I love cheese!!!0 -
Yes, but I limit the amount I eat nowadays0
-
I eat cheese because it would be rude to refuse the greatest gift from our Lord.0
-
I tried to cut the cheese one time in my diet, but my body disagreed with this decision.0
-
yes, because it's my favorite food and anyone can try and pry my cheese from my cold dead hands!0

As a vegan, no I do not eat cheese. I do, however, eat dairy-free cheese substitutes once in a while. Daiya shreds are delicious, and so is Tofutti cream cheese.0
-
Oh gosh, I love cheese, it's the main reason I couldn't go vegan (and ranch dressing). The vegan cheeses I tried just didn't have the same texture or flavor and didn't melt as good.0
-
No, but I have a grandson who lives off of it, Mac and cheese, cheese roll ups, grilled cheese, cheese and crackers, etc.0
