Therapy Yoga

Hi everyone! This is my first post on this forum.
So I go to therapy yoga about once a week for my chronic back/neck pain, which probably stems from gymnastics. It's about the only thing that relieves my pain. I do mild yoga exercises, lots of stretching, small backbends, and cobra like poses, but not a lot of big poses you would do in a typical yoga class. My teacher has been having me do more standing poses, downward dog, and planks. My class is generally an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half. I'm wondering if I should still log the full time as for regular yoga, even though what I do is slower paced and not the same intensity?

I would log it as yoga. I was thinking you might try "Mild Stretching" as your exercise but the burn is the same. I'm guessing you don't have a heart rate monitor. I found this link that might give you a better representation for hatha yoga since it is a more gentle form of yoga: http://www.fitnessforweightloss.com/how-many-calories-do-i-burn-in-a-hatha-yoga-class/0
