Are they workouts considered cardio or strength training? Or both?

It is a little of both. You use your own body for resistance and its nothing but movement so you burn lots of calories.0

Both, but I'd log them as cardio, if that's why you're asking. Major calorie burn.0

Agree with the peeps above, it is more cardio but you do get a total body workout, I would log as cardio because it burns so many calories.0

As far as logging it for MFP purposes, I either go Aerobics-High Impact or Circuit Training.
As far as generic categorization, I would actually call it Circuit Training (minus the weights).0
