I'm going to be making a homemade spaghetti sauce from canned tomato paste, tomato sauce, and tomato puree. Plus adding garlic and onions. The recipe calls for using everything in each can. I was trying to figure out how to calculate the calories per serving. The biggest can is the tomato sauce with 7 servings, Do I add up what each full can would be calorie wise and then divide it by 7? I'm confused.

Whenever make something from scratch I use the MFP recipe calculator. Put all your ingredients in for the entire recipe, put in how many servings a you want it to have, and you get the stats per serving.0
