Hi all
I,ve been trying to figure out where I go to now. I have lost 11kg in the last 3mths and still have another 35 or so to go. I try and walk twice a day 4km in the morning and 4km at night. But I'm not too sure what else I could be doing. I have nerve damage across my upper back, neck, shoulders and arms, so this rules out quite a few things. Does anyone have any ideas at all.
Cheers

It's hard to guess what would be the right kind of exercise for you. When I injured my knee I saw a Physical Therapist to give me ideas that weren't so intense to add to my workout. Swimming is great for suffering joints. I suggest you schedule an appointment with a professional to help you train. Good Luck!0

Thanks for the reply. I have to wait until the beginning of Feb before I can see my specialist. I was just trying to find ideas that could help supplement my walking. Maybe sit ups, squats etc but not sure if these would actually help me lose any weight or not.0
