I'm on Insanity Day 4 - feeling a nice ache all over, especially in my legs! Got a really sore, stiff and tight lower back though. Could my posture be wrong or will my lower back just get stronger?0

I'm feeling the same - back is aching!!! perhaps it is just the workouts? not too sure lol0 -
im on day 11
i missed yesterday as i hurt my lower back gonna do the recovery tonight as it really helped me last week when i pulled my calf muscles
gonna kepp going though need to complete this! i wont give up!

Gosh, I want to do this so badly but I don't know why I can't even get through one dvd. I just finished trying the fit test once again and would try to move on to the next dvd tomorrow. I walk 6-7 miles 5 days a week but want to get tone so wish me luck.0

Two workouts left of month one. Third time thru this in as many years. I turn 45 in April. This year I am feeling my age but pushing thru! Some days it feels like I have fifty pound weights strapped to each thigh trying to do the high knees and mountain climbers. But, I do the best I can. Freaking out a little thinking about month two!0

I'm on month one day 12 and I have already lost 3 inches off my stomach area which is my biggest trouble zone I don't have a scale but at times I think that's good so I won't be so obsessed with the number all the time! as long as I see inches melting away that's what keeps me motivated! ????0

Hey guys, I just had a baby 2 months ago and I'm ready to start working out again! I am doing Insanity but I keep getting lazy and not doing it /:
I really need someone to make sure I do it EVERYDAY for at least 2 weeks, I am going mudding and want to look good in a bikini. Lol
Can anyone help?
Also, I am going to try to turn my life around and be healthy, I don't really know much about being healthy though /:
