I decided to add my supplements to my calorie count today. WOW!! I take 128 calories per day in my supplements. Mainly the good fats: CLA, GLA, EPA, and FSO.

Do I need to reduce my food calories to account for the supplement calories?

I never really thought about this sort of thing! I also take CLA but what is GLA, EPA, and FSO?

GLA: gamma-linolenic acid, I use Black current seed oil. It is an Omega 6

EPA: Eicosapentaenoic: DHA Fish Oil Basically. Omega 3

    FSO: Flax Seed Oil

I use the GLA and FSO to balance hormones and AF cyles with estrogen dominance.

They provide calories so yes you should add them in.

For me 128 cals would not mean a whole lot but for some people it could mean heaps!
