Just some thoughts

I want to lose weight. I REALLY want to lose weight. I'm pretty good at the exercise side of things, but bad at the diet side.

When I feel down I tend to eat. When I eat I get depressed and that makes me want to eat. When I dwell on my weight problem, I get down and want to eat.

I've thought about going to Overeaters Anonymous but have a problem with the religious stuff.

    Once you figure out another way to comfort yourself (or how to live with the discomfort) you will be unstoppable! A lot of us have had to overcome emotional eating and you can, too.
