How do I figure out how fast I'm walking? 20 Minute Mile Is?

My mind is foggy from too much exercise ;-)

What is the math formula? Yep, and I went to college.

    To get your mph divide 60 by the # of minutes it took you to walk 1 mile. So in your example: 60 divided by 20 = 3 mph.

    If you walk a 30 minute mile it would be 60 divided by 30 = 2 mph.

    A 15 minute mile would be 4 mph.
