I need some motivation

I have tried to be healthy on and off for a while now and I always start srong, but give up easily. I gained 30 pounds in a short period of time and it had greatly effected my arthritis and scoliosis. I need to loose that 30 pounds and be back to a healthy weight again. I went grocery shopping and tried to get health food, but I dont like any veggies so its hard. any alternative healthy food ideas? I also just bought the 30 day shred video and im waiting for it to arrive so I can start that. I also try to go on walks every other day and I am getting a gym pass next Thursday. I need people that will help keep me on track and guide me to success so I dont quite this time around.

30 day shred, the first two parts are on you tube, why don't you start today?
Try not to put it off any more.
Surely of the many different vegetables you could find one or two you like? Try them different ways.....I eat them a lot in soups, or try a curry? Where you'll get the spices more than the vegetable flavour??

but i have a question....do the videos go day 1-30 or is it just like level 1 for ten days, 2 for 10, and three for 10?0 -
Level one for ten days,level two for ten days then level three.
Amazing how much easier day ten is from day one.

haha I am pretty sore today but I am sticking to it! it was a quick work out and it was fun and by the end I felt accomplished. thank you so much for telling me to start now because that is what I needed0

I don't know if this will work for you but the veggie steamers in the frozen section really help me eat more veggies because they're seasoned. My favorite is Tuscan flavored broccoli!0
