    I loved Aaahh! Real Monsters, Rocko's Modern Life and Angry Beavers. Captain Planet was another favorite but not sure it would work for what you want.

    The Simpsons.

    Their best seasons were during the 90s, though they occasionally have a good episode today. They are just not as consistently funny as they were back then.
