    Check out your library. They may have the hard copy or even the Kindle edition that you can borrow.

    The hard copy is so so so much better. I wasted money on the Kindle edition and ended up buying the real thing.

    Amazon says the Kindle version is not even lendable.

    Get the original, in book form, from the library.

    Me, too! When I started the workouts, I put a summary page for each one in a notebook and then copied pages from the book of the exercises that were new to me so I could look at them while working out without carrying the whole book.
