Hi All, am new to MFP and just came across this through the Apple App Store. It's been a good 5 days so far and what an eye opener it's been when you start logging everything you eat in a day. So it's 5 days down and 360days left to go...it seems like a long journey to losing weight and turning my life around but am more determined to do it NOW than I ever have been. My goal is to 1) love ME by taking care of ME for once; and 2) I want to be as healthy as I can be so I can see my 2-month old nephew grow up :happy:

Hoping to meet new friends here and hoping everyone has a good day up ahead :)

    I too, am new to this. Just today logging in what I had eaten really opens your eyes. Not even so much how much but WHAT!
    I want to feel good again and about myself. Hoping to get back on track and once again feeling healthy!
