Hi everyone,
My name is Lisa and I have just bought a basic pedometer, more out of curiosity than anything because I am a nurse and I feel like I walk a million miles per day! I have my MFP settings on sedentary regardless because on my days off I sleep a lot and sit on my butt unless I am at the gym or cleaning etc. So my questions are. What is a good target for steps each day and should I log these as walking if I'm at work?
What would you do?
Thanks x
