I joined in March, 2010 and have lost 55 lbs. This site is a little work to keep making the daily entries, but it is so worth it. Your body will show the truth as long as your honest with yourself. Also, this has to be by you and for you! Don't let anyone tell you're too thin or obsessed.

10lbs in 8 days. It's water weight from upping my water intake and reducing my sodium.

Started using MFP a month ago and as of last week, had lost 6 pounds. Before joining, I had lost about 2-3.

Am hoping for another pound or two off when I have tomorrow's weigh-in, but lady-biology could affect that. We'll see! :)

My MFP start weight was 246, so I have lost a total of 2 lbs to date. I did start following their recommended calorie intake after years of starvation/binge eating, so I lost 1lb, gained 3, and then lost 4 in all in about 2 weeks. It was a roller coaster, but I now expect it to be a steady loss.
