so tonight i went out to a baseball game and went over on my calories :( ......i've been doing so good! dang it. but i was wondering if i should try to go under calories tomorrow because i went over so much today?

    I can tell you from past experience that if you start playing this game, it is a slippery slope to the point where you're overeating every day and "borrowing" the calories from the next day/week/month! I'd just start fresh tomorrow - one bad day isn't going to hurt your long term progress.

    You got it mabetsch, I started doing that too. I agree take it as a loss and start fresh today.

    Start fresh tomorrow (or today, as the case may be). Don't sweat it and keep up the good work!

    Just do a great workout today, drink tons of water, and start fresh with your next meal! YOU CAN DO IT!
