    On a day when I do my martial arts (burns about 700 calories)...

    2 cups broccoli slaw
    A can of no salt or half salt tuna
    Small avocado
    1/4 cup of pomegranate seeds
    2 tbs Italian dressing

    It's about 550 calories, 41 grams of protein, half your days fiber, 460mg sodium, 750mg potassium and full days vitamin C and A. I like throwing in a few low salt or no salt cashews to add a bit of crunch but you gotta watch the calories because a 1/4 cup will boost it another 250 calories.

    I'm a big fan of no bun burgers with lots of veggies. It's easy. Cook and spice to preference your 93% meat. Put on top of a salad of lettuce, tomato, pickles, whatever it is you like with your burgers and eat. Oh, and avocado. Always, avocado.

    grilled kabobs, lots of peppers and onions and either beef, chicken or shrimp. It's stuff that we always have in our home anyways and delicious!
