A. It is a global site, not just America.

B. whatever you say, people have the equal right to respond, so they can say your post was offensive and BS - free speech works both ways.

C if you are talking about posts on this or any forum - yes you do have to stick to rules of forum which means you cant just post anything - if it is offensive in a racist or whatever way and that breaks rules of forum, then, no You cant post it.

Nah, people who use the term "politically correct" are generally just people who want to use it as an excuse for being intentionally offensive.
