I'm soooo confused about how much I should really be eating calorie wise. I did go to one of those sites with TDEE, Mine's 1800. So, if I want to lose weight am I supposed to eat less than that? And how much less? Since it asked about my workouts, I'm assuming I shouldn't be adding and eating back exercise calories? My trainer has told me to eat about 1600 given my BMR.
