Getting back to it!

I was tracking via MFP and fell off the bandwagon last year due to stress. But as of January 2, I'm back to tracking. I'm also doing P90X and doing some cardio at the employee gym 3-4 times a week. So far since January 2, I'm down 6.2 pounds!

    I'm exactly the same.. I stopped! And I was doing so well.. But I'm back now and more determined then I was before!! Well done to you for coming back!!

    It's okay to fall off the wagon now and then, but you're back on and it looks like more determined than ever.

    Thanks. I just did 25 minutes of cardio on my lunch break, and I'll do the last workout of week 3 of P90X when I get home this afternoon.
