Tips on how to reach my daily calories intake..?

Hello, I need 3310 calories a day, and I'm having trouble reaching it, I was wondering if you could give me some tips to reach it, or more preferably a daily meal plan that reaches the amount of calories needed ! and btw I don't take any supplements and I don't want to ! Thanks in advance

No one can give you any advice unless we know what your goals are. Advice for someone trying to lose is going to be completely different than advice for someone who is bulking.

You might have some luck asking on the gaining weight board as well. I imagine the big thing with bulking is how you set your macros.

Did you weigh yourself at NASA or something? I don't think your scale is that accurate. :)
Saute stuff in olive oil and have a tablespoon of peanut butter a few times when you pass the pantry.
Fat is the most calorie dense food, and tasty I might add...
