    I love zucchini bread. With the cocoa in these, I wonder if they would still be great without the chocolate chips that go inside even. I think it's worth a try!

    I thought this too, though the choco chips are yummy!

    I've made the chocolate zucchini muffins. You don't taste the zucchini, like someone else said, it just adds moist-ness. Not different than baking with applesauce. You never taste the applesauce in those recipes either.
