Foods that I eat

Here is a list of foods that I eat and things I drink
Food
white bread
hamburger
chicken
pasta/with sauce
potatoes
rice
pizza
chips
icecream
donuts
Things I drink
soda pop
lots of coffee
some water
I was wandering what foods should I avoid
I need your help. if there is food that isn't on my list me let me know

    I eat all the foodz.... Everything in moderation. :drinker: :drinker:
  • I would say cup everything i think.. or replace


    whole wheat bread instead of white bread
    no hamburger
    chicken breast is always better
    pasta/with tomato sauce and garlic and onion only
    sweet potatoes instead of normalpotatoes
    brown rice instead of white rice
    no pizza
    no chips (sooo much salt!)
    freeze a banana in pieces and then blend it, make your own icecream instead of normal icecream
    no donuts
    diet coke instead of other soda pops
    reduce your coffee
    drink more water instead or just some water! makes you thinner quicker because it increases your metabolism and makes you less hungry

  • It's basially all about calories in vs calories out, doesn't matter what you eat but to just stay within your calorie deficit.
    But my personal opinion is what you eat isn't healthy, wheres the fruits and vegetables? why are you drinking little water (drink more!). If you want to be healthy too, eat whole foods and drink water.

    Only you can figure out what, if anything, you should avoid. There are endless different ways to structure a diet and what matters is that you find a sustainable way to eat a caloric deficit. If processed carbs and meats are your favorite foods, then go for it.

  • My current program is DIY Soylent every meal I don't eat at a restaurant. That should be about 90% of my meals over a week. It's really hard to overeat Soylent. I am just testing it out so we will see if it works.
  • Change pasta to Shirataki noodles and look for pasta sauce with low sodium!
    I stay away from any rice...
    Change donuts for fiber one brownies

    Do you have any recipes? Any good sources for Soylent? Are you sticking to mean green?

    For the sole purpose of losing weight you need to avoid absolutely none of these whatsoever. Just count your calories, stay with your net Cal goal, hit your macros, and you're good.

    I am using a modified version of this recipe. I edited it to be for a woman losing weight instead of a man maintaining.
