    I would like to join the group for the January Walking Challenge. I am using a pedometer and my initial goal is 10,000 steps.
    Day One: I'm happy that I met my challenge - Hoping to continue to do this each day one step at at time! I'll keep yu posted.

    Oh, hey! Just found this thread.

    I've made walking 5X a week my new goal. Yesterday's walk was short: 15 minutes @ 2.5mph (before heading in to watch the NFC championship game!).

    Today's walk: 30 minutes @ 2.5mph. Neighborhood walk: nice! Cold...brrrr...but nice!

    Thank you @MistressPi! I see you walk quite a bit as well! I'm not always able to do it all at one time, but I have a couple of dogs who get a little crazy if they don't get enough exercise. That helps a lot! :smile:
