I have a question about working out and what I am eating. Generally, I try to consume anywhere from 650-750 calories in a day. It has been working for me since I have lost 28 pounds and am starting to see the results. So when I go to the gym at night time, i try to burn 850-950 calories. Am I going at this all wrong?

here are a couple of links that might help you out with your question. From what you are saying you are starving yourself and wonder if that is wrong? Do you think you could keep that up for the rest of your life an be healthy?

If you want to do this right and not end up gaining all that weight back and then some you need to eat more. You wouldn't put a gallon of gas in your car and expect to drive 300 miles on it and not have a problem right?
I'm not trying to be mean or anything but I have made the same mistakes and I have jo joed me up to an enourmous weight, just don't want you to make the same mistake If you need more info email me....0 -
Yes please listen to what they are saying. I know it's working for you now, but you'd regret it in the long run. Your body needs more!!! And I guarantee you'll gain it all back plus some. I've been there myself when I was younger I did it the wrong way.0

I don't mean to be harsh when I say this, but if you're only consuming that many calories and burning 800 - 900 at the gym at night, I'm shocked you haven't collapsed during a workout yet.
As an example, I am 5'9 and 168lbs and this site has me consuming 1950 calories, thats 3 times what you're consuming! You are literally starving yourself. Follow this site, it will get you into a good plan.0 -
Agreed with all above-especially since you're young and male. Your needed calories a day has to be very high--and I'm talking about just simply maintaining your weight. You can only do harm to your body by following that routine.
Use this site's tools to see your food plans and follow it! Eat your exercise calories, too. Trust me--it does work0
