I am bad. I weight myself every day - sometimes more than once a day. I only record it when I lose no matter what day it is. OK TRUTH IS OUT NOW0

I weigh every morning but like some others I only record once a week.. It's what works for me..0

I weigh daily in the morning and log daily (Withings scale). I find I learn more about my body/weight fluctuations this way plus I get prettier graphs, but weighing daily isn't for everyone.0

My WLS doctor said weigh weekly so you don't get frustrated with daily fluctuations. Then I begged "but daily is so funnnn..." and promised not to worry if it fluctuated, so he said okay. (Could always do whatever I want but it's nice he's okay with it.)
The fluctuation thing stuck in my mind though. So if it goes up or down a pound, that means very little to me. When it stays for a couple weeks then I pay attention.0 -
I record my weight every Monday but I usually check how I'm doing midway through the week to see how I am doing.0

i cant help but to weigh myself every morning as well. i used to log it every monday because i had a loss to record. NOW, im lucky to get a loss every now and then and i usually log it when i do.0

I have decided to weigh myself once a week....first thing monday morning. I try not to weigh myself during the week, as I don't want to get discouraged or obsessed with the scale.0
-
I track once a week and will occasionally step on the scales a little more often than that, out of pure curiosity...0

I used to be a total scale addict, and it caused me a lot of problems. I didnt care whether I was losing fat or water, as long as I was losing something. I no longer even own scales. I'll weigh myself once a week, max at the YMCA, but I take that with a grain of salt as the scale becomes unbalanced often. I record my measurements once a week with a good ole fashioned measuring tape. I want to slim down, so thats really all I need.0

Every Tuesday morning after I get up and pee, but before I shower. I post all my weigh changes, even if it's a gain. I find it gives me something to look forward to and to work toward and I usually feel pretty good after working out over the weekend0

I weigh myself every day and record it in excel, just because I want to examine the descriptive stats and see how my weight changes over the course of a month. In terms of checking in and recording on here, I only do that on Tuesday mornings.0

I used to weigh myself every single day, which got discouraging when you'd gain just due to natural body fluctuations. Though I have a hard time helping myself. If the scale is on the bathroom floor I stepped on it to a point of near obsession. So now I have my girlfriend hide it form me until Friday morning. Then she gets it out and I weight myself then lol.
Whatever works best for you!0 -
Every Friday morning0

I weigh every am and only record losses. That's what works for me.

I try to weigh once a week, but I get curious and weigh in the middle of the week. My weight tends to go up and down a couple of times during the week and then settle for a lost on the 7th day. i use to get disappointed when it went up but now I don't because it is normal for me.0

Omg this is a perfect topic for me. I'm the kind of person who wants immediate results so when I get into "weight loss mode" I end up checking my weight multiple times a day. I'm not even kidding. I OBSESS over it. I recently told my bf to hide the measuring tape and scale and only let me have it once a week. It seems to be working for me this way.0

Weigh myself every day before I eat or drink anything. I also log every day, both here and into a excel spreadsheet I made that shows the overall trend of my weight log.0

I'm officially using the scale at the doctor's office and it shows a different weight than the one I have at home, so I'll only be recording my weight once a week. I do "peek" at what my scale says in the mornings when I first get up, though0

I weigh in every morning. I record it in an app called libra. Libra puts your weight on a chart so you can see what your moving average, (your true weight) is. that way fluctuation don't alarm me and I spot trends easily and very quickly.0
