anyone become tone at home, after losing alot of weight??

I would love to see success stories from people, who lost 40+ lbs, and achieved their toned body at home! Please post comparision photos if possible, and the routine that helped you reach your goal!

I run and do free weights at home. I enjoy it.0 -
I do Stronglifts 5x5 and a bodyweight program (You are your own gym) 3 times per week. On the other days I do yoga, bike riding etc. My profile picture gives you an idea of what I have accomplished. Although I didn't lose all my weight at home, the last 30 lbs have been.0
