Carbs from fruits and vegetables?

Are they unhealthy? I eat around 100 carbs per day and it's mostly from fruits and vegetables. Are they going to make me gain weight? I don't go over my calorie intake often (sometimes I'm under) I've seen around the forum topics saying that MFP setting for carbs is too high, so I was wondering if 100 are too much?

100 carbs a day is considered a low carb diet by many, and fruits and vegetables are a good way to get carbs. As long as you are also eating enough fat, protein and total calories, then it shounds like you are doing fine.

Fibrous carbs are more than fine.

Personally I don't even look at my carb/fat intake as long as I'm hitting my protein and calorie allotments.
