Hi! I just started yesterday and my first day didn't go to good. This really makes a difference for me to see. I know now that I need to cut back on some things. It is just hard. Hope this site can help!

    My first week was just tracking what I would normally eat.... and being amazed at what I saw! :noway: Give yourself a little time to adjust and move into the correct calorie range. You're on the right track-- you're logging calories, in and out!
