Tough mudder 2014!

So I've paid for it and I am going to try and complete the tough mudder! Any hints or
Tips for training? I've started running again so starting to work towards a 10k again. However unsure of where to start with weights! Any hints or tips for me? Preferably for training at home/outdoors? It's not until September so not
Putting to much pressure on my self! I can loose weight and will try my hardest to
Finish tough!
Thanks

It is more mental than physical. You can definitely finish. With that said, don't under estimate the distance of the course. I would focus on running (5-8 miles without dying). Other than that work on some upper body workouts.

You will have a blast! It feels great to cross the finish line

I ran 10k before and it felt like torture but the feeling was amazing! This looks hard but so fun! I'm just seeing it as something to focus on to loose weight and tone up for
