Hello! My fiance and I are hosting the Superbowl Party this year. I know I'll be eating the veggies and fruit and staying away from the heavy stuff. Does anyone have any helpful tips, recipes, advice in general for food or drinks? Thanks!

I plan to get a heavy-biking session in that morning because I'll be a basket-case during the game.

I plan on making some yummy flat breads. Super thin crust, yummy pesto sauce and grilled white chicken with some fat free feta and arugula...yum. A lot of variety and yummy options.
Also working out that morning and just moderation. :-)0 -
1. eat the food
2. drink the alcohol
3. have fun ..
It is one day …one day will not ruin your weight loss or make you obese…
I will be in vegas super bowl weekend so that should be interesting..
I would say eat less in the morning and enjoy your super bowl party...0 -
I'm thinking of trying lighter versions of spinach and artichoke dip and buffalo chicken dip. Maybe even homemade chicken tenders!0

Well if I was in Seattle or Denver....

Get some exercise in that morning and then enjoy your party. That's my motto for Thanksgiving too...0
