So I am not sure.. if I eat my 1000 to 1200 a day and burn 350 at the gym do I eat those 350 or not? Would it be ok if I don't if I am at least getting 1000 in and feeling fine?

First of all you need atleast 1200 calories... and YES eat your exercise calories.

Because if you eat 1200 and burn 300 that means you only technically ate 900 putting your body into starvation mode. you might be feeling fine now but it will take a toll and you will gaining it all back and maybe then some

you need to eat your exercise calories because if you don't your metabolism will eventually slow down and you will stop losing weight. MFP already calculates your calorie deficit for you, therefore all you need to worry about is eating  and exercising. If you need to eat something that is higher in calories but still good for you (if you arent too too hungry) eat some nuts for example.. hope this helps:flowerforyou:

So very true, it's happened to me. I didnt end up gaining any back but I constantly felt weak and tired.
