I found a recipe off of here for a healthy version of pumpkin pie. It is so good I am scared it is really bad for me. Do you know anything about it?

    Here is what I made:
    Pumpkin Mousse Pie

    1 - 29 oz. Can Pure Pumpkin
2 - small boxes Jello Sugar Free Fat Free Cheesecake Instant Pudding (dry mix, don't make pudding)
    1 - 1 1/2 T. (to taste) Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 - 8 oz Fat Free Cool Whip
1 - Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crust
    Servings: 8

Here are the numbers after entering in MFP recipe calculator for 1/8th of pie:
    213 Calories
    40 g Carbs
    4 g Fat
    3 g Protein
    6 g Fiber
    431 mg Sodium

I just added about a tes of splenda. You can buy sugar free cool whip, or another ad said you can sub the cool whip for greek yogurt for a more healthy version. I am not sure if the texture would come out the same. But you don't have to add splenda.
