Another renewed newbie!

Hi all! Have been on this site sporadically for about two years, but hadn't posted until today. Like most of you, I've struggled with loss and gain on several programs. I have very low motivation, but the desire to change is there. I need some help nurturing that and making it a success story instead of "oops, I did it again".

Good start for today - I logged in, posted and tracked. I have the app on my phone and no excuses. Even if I'm not perfect - I should log it to be accountable.

My long term goal is 90-100lbs. Short term is to be down 40lbs by my mid October. So, 1lb a week basically.

Thanks to everyone that posts. It helps to know peoples successes, struggles, suggestions, etc. Someone do me a favor and give me a shout once in a while please. I know I'll need the encouragement.

    Welcome back! The app has helped me a great deal, especially the barcode function. I also set the app to remind me when I haven't tracked breakfast.
