Hi Everyone!

Above I have pasted the last 10 weeks of my Excel sheet recording each week I record my calories daily and at the end of the week I add up my weekly deficit.
the numbers at the bottom row is my weight recordings.
I
f i stick at this surley I will loose the last 5KG right? im hoping that now that I follow my progress surley in the next 6 months the 5KG will be gone?

does anyone record diffrently?

and does anyone have any advise? technically i should have lost 1.6 KG but i actually weigh more im assuming its water though as i have just began the JHillian Michaels 30 day shred about 5 days ago.

    I am going to say with only 13lbs left to lose, you shouldn't have that big of deficit every week...

    I shall increase it! looking back through the figures i boticed that i have found it hard to maintain it.

    also this has pasted really weird once i posted it so some might not be able to make sence of it and i dont know how to remove it lol
