how many calories do women lose working out to insanity video?

    i haven't done it but have seen loads of threads on here about it - if you go to the message boards you can search 'insanity calories' and loads of info will come up to help you.

    It will depend on your weight and how hard you actually do it. So without a HRM whatever method you will use will be a guess
