    6 months?

From your b/f level it's impossible to get to single digits in 6 months.

    Unless

    You use a stack combo
  • Uhhhh no. Don't be blind.. I worked out 6 days a week with weights and cardio as well.... I mean I tracked absolutely everything I ate. I dieted from the end of October 2012-April 2013. I started at 215 and got to 178.4 at my lowest.

I am natural but thanks for the compliment. Getting lean is an illusion. I was wearing medium sized shirts.

Come on bro, it's impossible to build that much muscle in 6 months, while cutting the fat at the same time.

Congrats on the transformation anyways, though.

    holy *kitten*.....
    that is AMAZING!
  • That isn't building a bunch of muscle "Bro" that is shredding away fat to show muscle. I only weigh 178.4 pounds in those pictures. Being really lean gives you the illusion you are bigger. I was wearing medium sized shirts.

But anyway thanks for giving me a huge compliment to a natural guy. Greatest compliment I get is getting accused of gear.

fantastic work mate. Most people don't realize that cutting those last few lbs of fat makes the underlying muscles pop thereby giving the illusion of gaining muscle or looking bigger than before.

Incredible progress. Just curious what your workout schedule has been during the 6 months. HIIT cardio? Low intensity cardio? Any? Any specific weight program? High reps vs low reps? etc. Thanks!

WOW that is amazing. That must have been a lot of work to accomplish what you have in just 6 months.
