Good Morning, Everyone,
I am a 23 year old female hoping to lose 15 lbs by May. I work at a desk job and live in a climate that is not conducive to outdoor exercise at this time of year, so diet will be a large part of my weight loss journey until it warms up a bit.
My largest struggle is binge eating, especially at restaraunts. I am hoping using fitness pal will help me plan my day out ahead of time and reduce the desire to give in and eat large portions of unhealthy foods. I am also hoping to gain some insight on healthy meals that can be made at home
I want to lose weight to be healthier and to feel better about myself. I have fluctuated up and down in weight by about 30 lbs for the past few years and would like to remain steady at the lower end. I am currently 10 lbs under my highest weight. My ultimate goal is to lose about 25 lbs but I feel that 15 lbs is more realistic at this time.
