More protein, less fat

I am trying to increase my protein intake, but it seems what I eat ends up being high in fats. What foods should I try, especially for snacks.

    And nothing wrong with fat. Fat doesn't make you fat, consuming too many calories does.

    +1 to the above. Fat is fine... your diary isn't open so nobody knows how many grams you're getting. People seem to think 50-60g is "high" but it isn't.
