Honestly, I don't remember my starting weights but about a year ago, I started lifting with a plan modified from Nerdfitness's Beginner Weightlifting.

    My 1RM's are currently

    Bench: 165lbs
    OHP: 135lbs
    Squat: 285lbs
    Deadlift: 320lbs

On January 11th, I competed in an open invitational hosted by my gym and came in 1st in my weight class.

ETA: I've been doing Wendler's 5/3/1 for about 7 months now.

Been doing a lot of various circuit training and lifting for a while, so don't really have starting, but currently:

    Squat 115
    Bench 100
    Deadlift 195
OH 75 (probably higher now this is from Aug)

Squat is low cuz I had a bakers cyst that took a year to clear up so had to go light on my knee. Better now, but not pushing it until I am more confident.

BTW ... I am 52 YO - hope there are other ladies of a certain age lifting as well! Its never too late...

As of the end of November 2013 after 5 months of being a lifting newbie

    Bench 25kg
    Squat 40 kg
    Dead 75kg

I have just had 7 weeks off as I was travelling and have significantly deloaded because I have stiffened up so my form is off. But I'm still going to brag because I have started again after a break rather than not bothering because I'd got out of the habit. That is a huge progress for me.

Just started SL 5x5 this week.
    Bench: 65-75
    Squat: 65 (dropped from 85 because...form)
Deadlift: 95 (did 5x5, since I was supposed to do 1x5 I think I can up that Saturday)
    Overhead: 40
Pendlays: Haven't tried yet. Mistakenly did overhead and forgot about these, so I will fix that up.

Not a lot, but it is a ton of fun thus far, and I'm looking forward to watching the numbers go up!

I've always done some form of weight training but only just (as in this week) started using the bar, so here's where I am so far.

    Squat: 88lbs
    Deadlift: 88lbs
    Row: 45lbs (the bar)
    OHp: 45lbs (the bar)
    Lunge/Split Squat: 45lbs (the bar)

I've used dumbbells forever so I don't really know what my starting weight truly was but I didn't want to push it too far too fast with the bar until I felt comfortable and was sure my form was good.

Pre injury I was up to:

    Bench-100
    Deadlift-150
    Squat-140
    OHP-70

    I'm almost back there now.

And just for clarity purposes, the injury was not caused from lifting. It was due to me being a complete klutz. I think I recovered faster because I lift.

I dont know what my 1RM's are but I recently started lifting again (after only lifting for 2 months and having to take a 3 month break) and these are my numbers for 6 reps in my first set.

    Bench:75
    Squat:85 (High bar back squat)
    Deadlift:155
    Row:80

Like I said I've only basically been lifting for like two weeks so I really have to work on my numbers. I feel like I need to start doing OHPs...never done them before..

That's some heavy *kitten* weight for a little chick. I assume those are all 5 rep sets? Nice work, Bean. Get those straps and you will pull 315 I bet.

Started in May 2013 after recovering from knee surgery, had some set backs when I broke my foot in October 2013 and had to take another 12 weeks off (6 non-weight bearing). Didn't get back to the gym until mid-November and even then it was hit or miss. Here are my 1RMs:

    Deadlift 165#
    Strict Press 75#
    Snatch 70#
    Clean 105#
    Hang Clean 85#
    Push Press 95#
    Clean & Jerk 100#
    Bench Press 95#
    Back Squat 100#
    Front Squat 90#

My squat strength is terrible as I have one strong leg and one weak leg that I'm trying to build (the knee surgery and broken foot were the same leg) I have not even tried overhead squat with anything but PVC. It makes me cringe. I also have not tested 1RM in anything in the past couple months. So, who knows?

not squatting right now...I have TL:DR issues

    Bench 5x5x95
    OHP 5x5x65
    Deadlift 5x5x135

oh and I started weight training over a year and a half ago...I do what I can...and start over when I need to.

Started SL 5x5 at the end of October, never lifted more than a 10lb dumbbell before that.

    Start:
    Squat 45lbs
    Bench 35 lbs
    OHP 25 lbs
    Row 35 lbs
    DL 45 lbs

    Current::happy:
Squat 75 (deloaded to 60 a few weeks ago to work on form)
    Bench 55
    OHP 47
    Row 55
    DL 125

Not too bad for someone who just turned 58!
