Dieting for 2 weeks and only 1 pound lost

If you try too hard your body reacts in a different way.
Starve it and it will horde fat.
Work it for more calories than you gave it, then it will turn to muscle for its energy source.
Trust me I did this. First I crash dieted and lost all my boobs. then I did it ever so carefully for a while. then in the final push for the last kilo, I went nuts and lost it in a week. This worried me a bit, and since I had just had all my measurements done in the gym I went to be checked over, and guess what LBM was down and body fat% was up.
In other words, I lost some muscle and grew some fat.
Or to put it even more simply, I lost a kilo but my pants were tighter!
There is only one way to lose weight and that is slow and steady.0 -
Massive workouts wont be the best way of losing weight, that comes from your nutrition.0

well, I didn't loose anything this week, and I've done two 2 hour workouts with one burning 900 cals using weights too

Need to increase your cardio workout. 2x weekly not enough.0

It's a slow process. Weight goes on over weeks and months; it takes time to lose as well.0

Obviously I don't know what your workout is, but 900 calories is a lot to lose in one workout. Can we ask how you got that number?0 -
Poor you. I bet loads of people who struggle to lose weight are in envy.0
