Suggestions wanted...

I seem to do the same exercises every day...it's getting a tad boring. I walk the treadmill, do the step ups, use my bands for my arms (I have an injured shoulder so I have to be easy on my arms). Sometimes I add pelvic lifts and torso twists. I play with my son on the WII or Kinect.
But for the times I'm not on the game and I am at home...what can I do to liven it up a bit or change it around...

I have a weighted Hula Hoop its 3 lbs and it really helps with your core muscles, so i put on some fast music and hoop away!0

I love mixing up my "regular" running (outside or on treadmill) and Wii fitness games with some exercise videos, including kickboxing, yoga, pilates, general cardio and strength training. Do you have any workout DVDs? Or, the link below may come in handy. Free full length workout videos, on demand!
