    Amazing progress! I too have knee problems and I feel like quitting my walking/jogging half the time due to the aches! I will keep on going after reading this! Thanks so much for posting. Any tips to help reduce the pain?

    Your story is one of THE most inspirational I have read. As if losing weight isn't a large enough battle, you got yourself out of a wheelchair and doing half and now a full marathon. Always read these responses or print them if you have to. Never lose how "huge" this truly is. Absolutely amazing. thank you!
