What do you NOT record? Tell my your secrets...
Options
I very much want to BE healthier, live healthier, look better, be able to outrun the zombies after the zombie apacolypse, etc... but I still feel like a girl's gotta' have her secrets. Therefore, if I have a burger one day, I may not tell you everything that I put on it. What do you keep secret?

If I eat one of something small but candy like I don't log it. 1 peanut M & M isn't logged. I also don't log diet cokes or other zero calorie drinks.0

I log gum and cough drops and vitamins, but if I have one sip of my husband's iced tea or something, I might not record it. But that's definitely in the minority... I will record even if I have only a bite or two of food. My diary is closed and I'm working on being really honest with myself about what/how much I eat.0

I log everything. The log is in place so that i know if i am meeting my goals. If i dont track everything than my logs not accurate, if my logs not accurate than Im probably taking in more calories than i should, and if im taking in more than i should then its two months later and im trying to figure out why im 10 pounds over weight. The logs are for you, dont lie to yourself. Log EVERYTHING!!!!0
