Just be careful about drinking juices.... you take in a lot of sugar and in most, you don't get the fiber/benefits that you would from eating the whole fruit.
  • Hi, I think so too, its better if you eat fruits, and drink water,
it keeps you full for longer.
If water gets boring, try herbal tea, if you like that :)

For example, imagine you would eat 3 apples, you would probably feel rather full, but you would not feel full after a big glass of apple juice for long.

I love them! Remember that there are 2 servings in each bottle....I was allergic to the Green one, rather the seaweed that was in it. Made my throat itch like crazy!
  • Making your own smoothie is much healthier and like Jamie said, you get the fiber benefits as well! It does take a little more time but it's well worth it! and, you can control what you're putting into your body!

    tropical fruit smoothie:

2 cups frozen tropical fruit mix
    1 cup water
    1 pinch sea salt
2 tbsp agave nectar (for sweetener)
    1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract or small vanilla bean
    1/4 cup cashews (adds protein!)

blend together in blender until smooth! YUM!
  • Healthy but high in sugar!
