I have been looking for a good Facebook support page and can't really find one so I have decided to create my own! If anyone would like to join let me know! It requires nothing to get on it we'll the only thing I will need to add you as a friend and that's it! Nothing else like creating an account on another website or anything! If your interested let me know!

I could use that for sure. I was all into a 90 day fitness group but once the 90 days were up, nobody posted anymore. I am on facebook all day every day. We all used to post once a week our nsv's and our scale victories. It really helped me and was a ritual to go on there everyday.

For those interested, there are plenty of suppport groups and awesome challenges everywhere and all the time on MFP. Just search for the ones you are interested in and always beware of Facebook invites and other offsite challenges. While I'm sure that many are legitimate, they are often offsite because the organizer(s) are planning a sales pitch of some form or another, which is not allowed on here. :flowerforyou:
