i work out for at least two hours a day and i eat right throughout the week but on the weekends ( saturday and sunday) i take a break and indulge myself an a treat meal, like last night i had buffalo chicken tenders and a small amount of fries,

does anyone else think this is a good idea? or should i just keep with my strict meal planing and workouts through the weekend?

thoughts?

You can, or you can just leave enough calories so they fit in your diet.

I think it's a lovely idea, especially if it's working for you.

If what you're doing is working for you and not unhealthy in the long run (i.e. starvation, purging, binge-eating, etc) then there's no reason to stop. :)
  • cool!! thanks a bunch!!! i was kinda worried about the amount of calories i was consuming and the guilt that comes with indulging, but now that i know i can ill keep at it
